| We are excited to be able to offer a guided wolf hunt for the first time in the history of the Outfitting Industry! We have several backcountry camps available for wolf hunts ! This is a new hunt since wolves have been removed from the endangered species list. We utilize every trick in the tool box available to us legally. Spot and Stalk, predator calling, hunting over trapping baits, electronic calls, etc. Each hunter may purchase up to two Wolf tags at $31.75. These tags are available over the counter or from the Internet. Wolf hunts are being sold at a first come, first serve basis. Get your reservation and deposit in before we're booked up for the season. |

Also new in Idaho is the first ever WOLF TRAPPING SEASON since the Wolves have been removed from the Endangered Species list. On December 2, 2011 the Governor of Idaho approved a rule to allow an outfitted client to accompany a licensed guide during a wolf hunt where the Guide would check his traps.

Clients May accompany a licensed Guide that is checking traps and must be directly accompanied by that guide at all times. The client may not handle or be involved with handling traps or trapped animals. The client may only observe the trapping done by the guide.

These Guides have undergone Mandatory training provided from the State of Idaho that individuals must complete in order to trap. WOLF TRAPPING is an incidental and minor activity to your WOLF HUNTING trip.

The rule to allow Incidental WOLF TRAPPING is temporary for the WOLF HUNTING Season for 2012 only. We will have to see what new rules come out of the Idaho Fish and Game, US Forest Service, and the Idaho Outfitters and Guides Lic. Board for the 2013 Season.
